Tuesday Workshop
Curtain Up Studios’ Workshops are a fun way for the novice performer to experience acting, dancing and singing in a musical! Over an 8-week period, your child will be assigned roles, memorize lines, blocking, choreography and songs, culminating in a casual performance for family and friends!

Synopsis
The Lion King JR. features classic songs from the Broadway musical and animated feature film, including “I Just Can’t Wait to Be King,” “Circle of Life,” and “Hakuna Matata.” Young performers will also get the chance to learn a wide range of new theatrical skills—such as mask-making and puppetry—encouraging them to explore this beloved story with creativity and pride.
Schedule & Location
When: Tuesdays, 4:00PM - 5:30PM
Rehearsals: Sept. 22 - Nov. 17 (No rehearsal Nov 3)
Final Dress & Performance: Tuesday, Nov 17th @ 4:00PM-5:30PM (performance at 5:00PM, Doors open for audience @ 4:45pm)
